When purchasing any of our Service packages, we'll have you fill out a form that includes some more information about yourself and why you want to hire a stylist in the first place! Then, we'll pair you up. If you're a regular client of ours, you will be able to request your Stylist.

There are a number of reasons - maybe you've had a recent lifestyle change. For example: new job/career, gotten married, had a baby, lost or gained weight, have had a change in income. Most clients come to us because they want to feel more confident about the way they dress. 

If you're looking to combine services, we would recommend choosing the VIP Image Overhaul package as it includes a style and closet assessment, a personal shopping trip, color analysis and makeup application, and a photo session with a local photographer. 

If you need to cancel with your Stylist - we ask that you give us a 48hrs notice! Day of cancellations will incur a 50% service fee charge.

At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping on certain items. This information can be found on the item’s individual product page. We use UPS and Federal Express, depending on the destination country.  Please contact us for specific regional rates.
